Aryaduta is closely monitoring the Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) situation while following guidelines from both local and international agencies and health departments for recommended procedures and protocols.

Aryaduta Cancellation Policy
Living the values of Aryaduta – delivering the helpful staying experience – and in response to the dynamic Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) situation, we are committed to ensuring our guests more flexibility regarding their upcoming travel during these challenging times.

  • Guests with arrival between September 1 – 30, 2020. All existing reservations made before September 1, 2020, that are for arrivals between today and September 30, 2020, can be changed or canceled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. This includes Advance Purchase Rate reservations.
  • Guests making new reservations for any future arrival date. All reservations made between today and December 28, 2020, we will allow the reservation to be changed or canceled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date. * Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
  • Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.

We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests and associates. Daily, our hotels around the nation are working to ensure that they meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning.

We have implemented the below measures aimed to provide a safe and clean environment:

  • Our experienced Housekeeping Team is constantly trained on Sanitation and Cleaning procedures and collaborating with the most reputable Hygiene Company, Ecolab who partners with all our Hotel portfolio in guaranteeing cleanliness for our guest rooms, public spaces, and back of the house.
  • We make sure team members are constantly trained on the safety procedures to ensure no risk
    for cross-contamination and sanitation of all areas of our Hotels.
  • Together with a third party we regularly audit the quality of our Cleaning Services in an effort to always provide the cleanest and safe environment for our guests.
