    The tale of a fisherman who married a woman transformed from a mystical fish is reimagined through the dish Nasi Goreng Rias, infused with the signature Batak spice, Andaliman. Guests can also try traditional ulos weaving and bring home authentic treats like Sibolga chips and Medan’s orong-orong snacks.
