Putri Kaca Mayang
The graceful love story of Putri Kaca Mayang unfolds through Sate Putri Kaca Mayang, skewers with peanut sauce adorned with flowers to symbolize love, resilience, and elegance. Every Sunday, guests can join art & craft sessions like eco-bag or fan painting in collaboration with SLB Pembina Pekanbaru. Signature treats include kacang tumbuak, bolu kemojo, and kue bangkit kacang.

The Origins of Palembang City
Inspired by nobles and warriors along the Musi River who grilled ribs by the water, the story comes alive in Pindang Iga Bakar. Guests can also enjoy hands-on activities such as pempek-making or children’s coloring sessions of legendary characters, with Palembang treats like kue kojo and gadis beraes to take home.

Barong
The eternal battle of Barong and Rangda, symbolizing balance in life, inspires Outside Skirt Mepanggang, a dish recalling the fiery forging of a sacred kris. Guests can make Barong masks using recycled materials and bring home storybooks of Balinese legends and the iconic pia susu.
