General Terms and conditions:
- All rates is subject to 21% government tax and service unless advise otherwise
- All booking inquiry is not confirm until receiving confirmation email from the designated hotel you have chosen
- Weekend rate is valid only from Saturday and Sunday and evening of Public Holiday
- All rates is non commissionable to any third parties nor travel agents 24 hour cancellation policy is applicable to all booking inquiries unless black out dates or high season period is indicated other wise
- Credit card is required to guarantee the booking
- Any room rate promotion deployed in website can not be combined with any other promotional discount
- Guest valid ID/KTP/Passport and confirmation of online booking reservation is to be presented upon check- in
- "(Domestic)" Guest valid ID/KTP/Passport and confirmation of online booking reservation is to be presented upon check- in
- "(Domestic rate)" is only valid for Indonesian domestic travelers (Indonesian KTP holder/or KITAS/KIMS Holder)
- "(Overseas rate)" is valid for foreign passport holder
