 2. How do I make a booking? For hotel booking, Click "Reservations" on the navigation bar. This will take you the list of Aryaduta Hotels. Select the hotel where you would like to book then click the "Reserve Now" button. You may then proceed according to the following steps:
ROOM RESERVATION:
• Select the hotel
• Click the start date of the period you want to check-in
• Select your accommodation(s)
• Click "Continue" to view availability and rates
• Select your arrival date, number of nights and guests, and click "Continue"
• Enter the required guest and credit card information, and click "Confirm Reservation"
• Click submit
MEETING RESERVATION:
• Select the hotel
• Fill in the first and last names
• Choose the arrival and departure dates
• Choose the arrival and departure times
• Choose the seating arrangement
• Fill in the number of delegates
• Choose the package type
• Fill in the e-mail and mailing addresses
• Fill in the phone and fax numbers
• Select the country
• Fill in the post code
• Fill in the comments
• Click submit
After submitting your reservation, you will receive a notification on your screen that your reservation is being processed.

4. How can I cancel my reservation? Cancellation may be done free of charge 48 hours before arrival time by informing the hotel or reservation centre office. In case of no show or late cancellation, you will be charged for the first night of the room(s) booked.
