| | | Responsibilities: | | |
- Manage and lead HR team.
- Be the strategic partner/ HR consultant to the business units.
- Manage the implementation of performance management system.
- Manage end to end HR Operation within the unit.
- Manage General Affairs activities
- Coordinate with Head of Human Resources/ Asst. Head of Human Resources in
- ensuring the HR practices and processes are strategically aligned to Company Vision/
- Mission/ Objectives and strategy.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with all relevant local governmental bureaus, agencies and authorities.
- Ensure the HR services and processes are implemented in accordance to HR policy
- and procedures.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this
- position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Contract positions available.
